7+ years expRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lightning Developer to join their global team and drive the enhancement and implementation of Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management businesses for leading banking clients. This role requires strong coding skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and front-end technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning components and customizations to meet regional and global business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems using API integration and RESTful services
Apply best practices to increase adoption and deliver a unified client ecosystem
Develop Apex classes, triggers, test scripts, and front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and ensure data integrity across systems
Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges
Implement DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
Participate in Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews
Qualification
Required
7-10 yrs Salesforce Development exp
5-7+yrs Lightning exp
Good knowledge with hands-on of Salesforce, preferably in Salesforce Lightning in Financial industry
Good knowledge with hands-on APEX / HTML / JavaScript / CSS
Basic Knowledge integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors, API integration, RESTful services
Strong skills in Programming, Reports, Dashboard, Workflows
Good knowledge with database including SQL and SOQL
Knowledge of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CICD tools, Salesforce DX etc.)
Banking financial industry exp
Salesforce Certification
LinkedIn
Preferred
Experience in Financial Services industry
Knowledge of BDD/TDD and automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices and compliance standards
