Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying best practices in data visualization and design principles
Query and prepare data from Snowflake using SQL for visualization purposes
Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data reporting frameworks and BI tools that enable consistency and scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions
Support automation of reporting workflows using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Airflow
Document visualization standards and best practices for maintainability and scalability
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in Power BI, analytics
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus)
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, visualization and automation
Skilled in developing automated workflows and scripts to streamline data processing and reporting
Experience with cloud platforms and data warehouse technologies
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, or actuarial domains
Strategic planning and market intelligence expertise
A track record of developing automated reporting and analytics solutions
