They are seeking an Associate Sales Representative to provide sales support to field sales staff, enhance customer relationships, and monitor sales trends in the Northern Ohio region.

Responsibilities

Support Regional VP, Area and Territory sales managers with daily sales activities

Initiate contact with assigned customers to encourage better working relationships and positively influence sales

Conduct product in-services sessions, product repairs, as required

Serve as liaison between Territory Sales Managers and Customer Support; assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

Monitor sales trends and evaluate sales performance for customer/dealer, area or region; study existing and potential volume of dealers

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by seeking to improve product offerings of Permobil and its subsidiaries

May be assigned cross-functional tasks in order to broaden business acumen knowledge

Physical Therapy Assistant LicenseOccupational Therapy Assistant LicenseAssistive Technology Professional CertificationSales Support ExperienceCustomer Service ExperienceLogistics KnowledgeProduct Assembly KnowledgeCommunication SkillsProblem-Solving Skills

Required

High school diploma or GED; college level education completion is preferred

Physical Therapy Assistant License, Occupational Therapy Assistant License or Assistive Technology Professional Certification highly preferred

Will be expected to complete ATP on-line preparatory course and meet requirements to sit for ATP exam

3 or more years of experience working directly with internal order processing, procurement, logistics, product assembly, sales support or customer service
