Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager with activities through Start-up
Be the primary point of contact through Maintenance and Closeout of a project
Perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing a variety of deliverables for assigned projects
Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad issues associated with managing the delivery of complex systems and projects
Respond to inquiries about projects
Lead various project status and review meetings

Qualification

RTSM/IRT experienceCustomer support experienceRegulated industry experienceMicrosoft OfficeZendeskGoogle Docs

Required

2+ year degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in a customer support role
1+ years of experience in a regulated industry
1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience
Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be in the Central or Eastern Time Zones
