Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a Staff Attorney for the Hardin Family Court. The Staff Attorney will perform legal support under the supervision of a judge, including legal research, drafting opinions, and advising on legal changes.

Draft opinions, orders, and judgements
Assist court in editing and release of opinions
Assist court in preparing jury instructions

Required

Advanced Degree - graduate of accredited law school
Must be a member of the KY Bar Association
