Responsibilities

Actively manage executive email inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Prepare correspondence, documents, and internal materials as needed

Track action items and help ensure priorities move forward

Handle general office tasks and odd jobs to support daily operations

Coordinate office logistics, supplies, vendors, and basic facilities needs

Support travel planning, meeting logistics, and on-site coordination

Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications

Create, edit, and maintain PowerPoint presentations for leadership and external use

Assist with Excel spreadsheets and business development tasks, like generating customer quotes

Support social media posting and basic content coordination

Assist with marketing, communications, and brand-support tasks as needed
