Advisor - Business Analyst
FarWell Project Advisors, LLC is looking for a Business or Process Analyst Advisor to join their team. The role requires deep expertise in business analysis, project management, and organizational change management, focusing on improving business processes and managing client needs effectively.

Responsibilities
Having deep experience with understanding business process and potential areas for improvement
You've gathered requirement and communicated them effectively to technical and business teams
Demonstrated experience developing workflows, process plans/mapping, performing gap analysis, and defining current state / future state is required
Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor
Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal
Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful
Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change
For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
Developing and delivering multi-mode communications conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done
Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Proficient knowledge in modern office productivity, communication, and collaboration toolsets
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with understanding business process and potential areas for improvement
Gathered requirements and communicated them effectively to technical and business teams
Demonstrated experience developing workflows, process plans/mapping, performing gap analysis, and defining current state / future state
Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA
Some SAP or additional ERP experience
Experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project
Experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans
Deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change
Experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative

Bachelors or Masters in any field or 3-5+ years of applicable experience
