Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pre-apprenticeship and workforce development programs aligned with in-demand skills and career pathways
Help lead a major workforce initiative while managing multiple related projects, including all aspects of small projects or key phases of larger initiatives
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, caregivers, and community partners to assess workforce needs, shape programming, and support outreach and promotion efforts
Navigate ambiguity and build structure in evolving programs by developing action plans, setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring deliverables and project objectives are met
Coordinate day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams under the direction of senior project leadership, maintaining clear expectations with team members and stakeholders
Contribute strategic planning and operational reviews by providing analysis, recommendations, and performance insights; complete audits, identify trends, and implement system and process improvements
Support financial and operational objectives by participating in forecasting, budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Uphold productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while resolving issues, responding to new requests, and identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen organizational impact

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience
OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites

Preferred

Project Management Certification (PMP)
Prior experience in project management, ideally in a startup, nonprofit, or community-focused environment
Experience supporting or leading projects funded through philanthropic or grant-based sources
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working with community partners or in community-based initiatives
