Responsibilities
Learns and understands branch third-party supplier submission process to assist with investigative work or troubleshooting
Upon request, pulls and coordinated data requests from ServiceNow third-party supplier request process dashboard
Supports the execution of communication plans and projects via data analysis and updates
Supports implementation of ongoing business processes
Ensures data quality and reliability
Collects and analyzes information from various sources
Collaborates with leadership to identify, define, and solve problems, supporting corporate initiatives
Cross-collaborates with compliance peer group, when necessary
Prepares presentations, management reports, documents analysis, and helps determine the best course of action
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Freshman or Sophomore standing (December 2027-May 2029 graduates) pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD)
High School (HS) (Required)
General Experience - 4 to 6 months
Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment
Knowledge of data visualizations and excel
Knowledge of large relational databases
Basic knowledge and familiarity with data mining and data visualization tools
Skill in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis of packages
Ability to respond to common data inquiries from internal teammates
Ability to assist in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to provide a high level of customer service
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
