Responsibilities

Performing administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents, and assisting with client requests
Assisting account managers with loan origination activities, including Know Your Client (KYC) procedures
Supporting prospecting efforts and business development initiatives
Contributing to marketing activities by helping organize events, campaigns, and communications, and providing on-site logistical support

Required

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester
Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory for the Montreal region only
