Responsibilities
Using client specific information, generate illustrations and marketing materials
Perform analysis on individual annuity contracts
Call shadow with associates to gain insight into advisor-client cases and resultant solutions
Generate full advisor annuity book of business reports
Utilize various annuity tools/calculators to assist team members on specific cases
Research case escalations with manager and product manager
Collaborate with other team members within the department to assist with specific cases
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Freshman or Sophomore standing (December 2027-May 2029 graduates) pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD)
Knowledge of financial planning principles
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data entry/analysis
Skill in communicating effectively in a professional setting, both orally and in writing
Skill in customer service
Skill in problem solving
Skill in operating standard office equipment and using required software applications
Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to establish clear directions and priorities

Ability to gather information and monitor events pertaining to assigned products and markets in general
