Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day support model with vendors to ensure systems are functioning properly and working well collectively
Runs IT strategy, execution and service review meetings within an assigned region and business function to review overall IT alignment to business needs
Leverages IT services and enables continuous improvement activities in collaboration with enterprise and platform IT
Acts as a champion and enabler of technology within the business
Collaborates with business and IT management to develop annual budgets for respective business areas
Promotes process optimization and tool simplification
Qualification
Required
