Fort Pierce - Program Services & Data Coordinator

AmeriCorps is a national service program that engages individuals in community service. The Program Services & Data Coordinator will support the implementation of digital tools, optimize scheduling, and assess service gaps across partner sites to enhance service delivery and equity.

Responsibilities

Participate in a full organizational onboarding and training period, including job shadowing and software introductions
Aggregate data across partner agencies and direct service sites to assess service coverage
Create a Community Food Access Assessment and collaborate with staff to develop an implementation plan based on findings
Assist in deploying intake software/hardware across program sites and documenting feedback
Design and manage neighbor satisfaction surveys using the Service Insights platform
Analyze trends to support ongoing improvements in service delivery and equity

Required

Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools required
Experience in working with large data sets, program evaluation, mapping tools (GIS) required
Strong writing and communication skills, especially for reporting and visualization
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage complex information
High school diploma/GED

Preferred

Familiarity with nonprofit, food security, or health-related fields is a plus
