Musely is building a new partnerships motion as they scale their Marketing/Growth efforts, and they are seeking a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role will focus on identifying, advancing, and executing partnerships with large platforms, networks, and national brands while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with platforms, networks, and national brands
Advance partnerships from initial conversations through launch
Support relationships with large network programs (e.g., Rakuten, Capital One) and explore new partner categories (e.g., retail, hospitality)
Own execution once partnerships are initiated
Translate high-level discussions into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing/Growth, Brand, Product, Medical, and Operations
Track progress, identify risks, and keep initiatives moving forward
Represent Musely in partner meetings and working sessions
Prepare materials, follow-ups, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders

Required

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, or program management
Experience working with or alongside large platforms, networks, or national brands

A bias toward ownership, follow-through, and getting things done
