ValueBase Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Solutions / Enterprise Architect to lead a large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion transformation. This role involves acting as the primary business and technology voice between internal stakeholders and the Oracle implementation partner, focusing on architecture, governance, and design decisions throughout the migration lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the client-side Oracle Enterprise Architect for the EBS to Fusion migration program

Act as the single point of architectural and functional authority for the Oracle implementation partner

Define and govern end-to-end Oracle Fusion architecture, including Finance, HCM, and MDM domains

Lead Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, data governance, and data migration planning

Partner with Finance and HR leadership to ensure Oracle Fusion aligns with business processes and future-state needs

Review, challenge, and approve solution designs, integrations, and configurations proposed by system integrators

Provide oversight on data models, integrations, reporting, security, and controls

Ensure Oracle Fusion best practices are followed while minimizing unnecessary customization

Support integration touchpoints, including Salesforce (SFDC) and other enterprise systems

Participate in architecture reviews, steering committees, and executive-level discussions

Support testing strategy, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization as needed
