Required
Experience in Client Relations and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and exemplary shopping experience
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and active listening abilities
Familiarity with basic Insurance processes related to high-value transactions is an asset
Passion for fashion and an understanding of Maison Margiela's vision and collections
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet sales targets
Preferred
Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role
