Majestic Care is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to cover their Ohio region and join their teams’ mission. The role is responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy to source, evaluate, and select qualified and diverse talent while managing the recruitment team and overseeing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Build talent pipeline for current and future job opening

Lead sourcing strategies

Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and vendors

Implement online and offline employer branding activities

Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)

Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

Manage, train, and evaluate the team of recruiters/sourcers

Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company

Develop a network of potential future hires

Measure key recruitment metrics: i.e., source of hire and time to hire

Performs other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice
