Responsibilities
On-boarding funds to the platform
Working under the direction of Senior Manager
Discussions with fund managers/administrators on operations (fund structure, transaction timing, share classes, investment strategy)
Attend and lead meetings with internal team members and external parties
Documenting process flows
Adding funds to the platform system
Assisting with servicing agreements
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Freshman or Sophomore standing (December 2027-May 2029 graduates) pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD)
Knowledge of fundamentals of alternative investments and financial markets
Knowledge of fund structures, including brokerage and fee-based models
Knowledge of operational processes within investment servicing
Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Skill in project management and organizational skills
Skill in advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Skill in effective written and verbal communication
Skill in analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Skill in data analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and regulatory standards
Ability to work independently
