Responsibilities
Lead and execute Blue Finance’s global strategic expansion initiatives, with a primary focus on the Americas and priority international markets
Identify, evaluate, and develop new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth channels
Design and implement go-to-market strategies that support institutional adoption and long-term client relationships
Strengthen Blue Finance’s positioning as a trusted fintech-enabled financial advisory partner
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and execute the firm’s long-term growth strategy
Translate strategic objectives into actionable expansion roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics
Oversee strategic initiatives including new service lines, geographic expansion, and platform-based offerings
Monitor competitive, regulatory, and technological trends to inform strategic decision-making
Build and manage senior-level relationships with financial institutions, fintech partners, technology providers, and strategic stakeholders
Develop partnership frameworks that enable scalable collaboration and cross-border execution
Bridge traditional financial services with fintech and digital infrastructure ecosystems
Represent Blue Finance in high-level negotiations, alliances, and strategic forums
Ensure expansion initiatives align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements across jurisdictions
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to support responsible and compliant growth
Embed governance, transparency, and accountability into all strategic expansion activities
Support the development of scalable frameworks that meet institutional-grade standards
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams involved in strategy, business development, and market expansion
Foster a culture of collaboration, execution excellence, and strategic discipline
Support talent development, leadership succession, and organizational scalability
Champion Blue Finance’s values of trust, innovation, and professional integrity
Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure expansion effectiveness and ROI
Optimize resource allocation to support high-impact growth initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning, execution speed, and market responsiveness
Deliver measurable growth in revenue, partnerships, and market presence
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, business development, or executive roles within fintech, financial services, consulting, or institutional advisory environments
Proven track record in driving market expansion, strategic partnerships, and scalable growth
Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, capital markets, and technology-enabled financial services
Experience working with senior executives, boards, and institutional stakeholders
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and execution leadership capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
