Developing methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts for commercial cloud and software factory projects

Providing advice on costs, design concepts, or design changes for commercial cloud and software factory projects

Providing recommendations for possible improvements and upgrades to commercial cloud and software factory processes and services

Reviewing or conducting audits of commercial cloud and software factory information technology (IT) programs and projects

To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal or private sector

Specialized experience may include providing technical support services for secure, reliable, and resilient multi-provider cloud services

Coordinating and monitoring costs, schedules, performance, and technical risks associated with commercial cloud and software factory-centric projects

Providing multi-provider (AWS/Azure) cloud solutions architecting services

Performing multi-provider (AWS/Azure) migration engineering services

Designing, implementing, and optimizing software factory processes

Building and managing automated CI/CD pipelines

Preferred

Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers Level I (FAC P/PM-I) or management determined equivalent within two years of entry into the position

Information Assurance Management Level II (IAM-II) or management determined equivalent within two years of entry into the position
