Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, engaging content for multiple platforms, including the company website, social media, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications
Partner with marketing and technical teams to gather information, conduct interviews, and craft stories that showcase the organization's culture, expertise, and project successes
Research industry trends, market topics, and keywords to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and optimized for search engines
Edit and proofread materials to maintain clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the company's brand voice and messaging standards
Contribute to editorial calendars, participate in brainstorming sessions, and analyze content performance metrics to refine future communication strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or content development
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content types
Ability to communicate technical or complex information clearly and effectively
Demonstrate a working knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
Exhibit strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Fostering excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication across teams
Preferred
Experience in engineering, environmental, or professional services industries
Experience managing corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred)
Experience with content management systems; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
