The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System (PMRS) to enhance client experiences and promote the PMRS brand. The role involves advocating for municipal clients, providing industry expertise, and building strong relationships to ensure exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Advocating on behalf of our municipal clients, providing industry expertise, servicing existing and new Plan Sponsors, expanding upon current relationships, and building new business relationship opportunities

Disseminating accurate and timely information to members, PMRS management, other appropriate PMRS personnel and, where applicable, external employer parties

Actively establishing multi-party communications and/or participating if requested and facilitating all communication

Enhancing client experiences and promoting the PMRS brand by attending client meetings, seminars/conferences, and presenting at these events

Required

One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or

Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training

You must meet the PA residency requirement

You must be able to perform essential job functions
