Administrative Officer 2
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer 2 to provide administrative and programmatic support to senior staff members at the Department of Environmental Protection. This role involves preparing materials for decision-making, managing personnel allocations, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient operations within the agency.

Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative, policy, and programmatic support across the agency
Preparing materials that facilitate decision-making processes and providing insights into potential challenges
Acting as the primary liaison for the Executive Director's Staff (EDS)
Extending support to various departments, including Fiscal Management, Office Services, the Grants Center, the DEP Laboratory, Business Transformation, and the Small Business Ombudsman
Managing department-wide personnel allocations
Coordinating travel arrangements and overseeing lodging and travel credit accounts
Qualification
Required
One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
