Responsibilities

Supervise three managers who are tasked with distinct responsibilities: the Architectural Designer 2, who focuses on office planning and design; the Administrative Officer 3, who manages leases, facilities, and radio communications; and the Administrative Officer 1, who oversees vehicles and equipment

Serve as the agency's parking officer, which involves managing the agency's parking program to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with relevant policies

Execute special projects along with conducting work analyses for the division as requested by both the BOS Director and the Executive Deputy Secretary (EDS) for Administration and Management

Required

One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or

Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training
