The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Relationship Manager to join the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System (PMRS). This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for members, advocating for their needs, and ensuring they receive high-quality service. The successful candidate will enhance client experiences and promote the PMRS brand through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for members partnering with PMRS to serve their pension needs

Ensure that members receive the highest level of care and attention

Advocate on behalf of our members and provide industry expertise

Assist in expanding upon current relationships and building new business relationship opportunities

Disseminate accurate and timely information to members, PMRS management, and other appropriate personnel

Establish multi-party communications and facilitate all communication as needed

Attend client meetings, seminars/conferences, and present at these events, if applicable

Required

One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or

Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training

You must meet the PA residency requirement

You must be able to perform essential job functions
