Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments, while adhering to company guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

Developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines
Coordinating scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services
Planning and scheduling staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents
Distributing staff appropriately throughout the facility
Ensuring the staffing meets state and federal regulations

Qualification

Certified Medication TechnicianLTC/SNF/AL/MC experienceMicrosoft Office WordMicrosoft Office ExcelTime managementAttention to detailWritten communicationOral communication

Required

Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice
Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management
Must have impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
