Responsibilities

Focus on training and development, including developing coverage knowledge

Understanding and being able to leverage Lockton product lines and resources

Data management and analytics

Day-to-day service execution

Develops a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and uses the knowledge to successfully and professionally anticipate and address their needs

Works closely with Global Client Executives and Global Client Managers to deliver consistent client service

Assists with initial market entry and compliance analyses

Client and Lockton Global communication

Develop coverage knowledge of all lines of business

Ability to analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data

Loss history analysis

Identify and request information required for market submissions, working with internal and external clients to secure and complete information

Support market negotiation and renewal proposal creation

Accountable for all post-bind service deliverables such as certificates, policy issuance, premium collection, schedule of insurance etc

Post-binding deliverables and implementation, including overseeing the accuracy and reporting of local admitted policies and other global program tracking

Maintain account open items lists and various information management systems

Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed
