Responsibilities
Oversee assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal credit policies
Support senior credit leadership with financial reviews for both new and existing customers
Maintain productive relationships with customers to address billing questions and payment concerns
Analyze and resolve overdue balances and disputed transactions
Coordinate shipment holds and releases based on credit status
Partner with internal teams to investigate and resolve claims or discrepancies
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to credit terms and account status
Contribute to additional credit department initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of five years of experience in credit analysis, collections, and financial statement review
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management capabilities
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools
Preferred
Experience working with IBMi systems
