Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML/GenAI solutions INTO PRODUCTION (not only POCs)

Strong Azure + Databricks + Python background specifically for AI workloads

Experience architecting enterprise-scale GenAI (LLM/RAG) solutions

Ability to evaluate & implement open-source LLM frameworks (LangChain, Llama/Ollama, CrewAI, LangFuse)

Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (ERP, SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday)

Security-aware architecture: RBAC, permissions, data governance, compliant deployments
