Required
Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience
Proven ability in short-term counselling
Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger
Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided)
As a contractor, you must hold or be willing to obtain an A.C.N business registration; A.B.N will be considered on an individual basis
