Human Resource Business Partner

SportsMED Complete Orthopedic Care is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to manage the daily functions of their HR department in Huntsville, AL. The role involves overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

Own UKG accuracy, terms, new hires, promotions, transfers, etc
Employee Issues (corrective action, PIP)
Educating/informing local management of HR goals/alignment
Employee Engagement
Recruit, interview, onboard all hires
Offboard
Execution of benefit enrollment, performance reviews
General day to day questions
Federal and state posting requirements
Assist clinic CEOs with various tasks and reports as needed
Assist with the submission of the company payroll
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disputes, investigations, performance, productivity, recognition, wellness, etc.)
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, past or present employees, and referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Attend and participate in performance evaluation annual planning
Order office supplies weekly and maintain office supply inventory

Required

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient in HRIS system knowledge
Bachelor's degree required
At least two years of human resource management experience required
