Responsibilities

Analyze appointment lengths by collecting and evaluating data to improve scheduling workflows

Assist in launching new workflows, create dashboards, and support operational needs on the clinic floors

Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding

Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

Required

You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Basic proficiency in Excel or other data analysis platforms (familiarity with Epic is a plus but not required)

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage projects independently

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
