Responsibilities

Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical research while working closely with experienced professionals

Assisting with data collection and entry, conducting literature reviews, and supporting study coordination activities such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation

Prepare datasets for analysis, draft summaries and reports, and contribute to internal presentations

Regular participation in team meetings and collaboration with faculty and staff

Exposure to the research process and an opportunity to develop practical skills that will support future career growth

Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding

Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

Required

You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare

Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and initiative in learning new skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, basic research methods, and data entry, as well as willing to learn new software or research platforms

Time management and organizational skills are essential to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
