Mid LevelSmile Sync is a performance-driven marketing agency focused on modern orthodontic practices. They are seeking an AI Meta Ad Content Creator to develop high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms, utilizing AI-generated imagery and video to drive leads for orthodontic clients.
Responsibilities
Create high-performing AI-generated image and video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Use cutting-edge models such as Nano Banana Pro, Kling 2.6, and similar tools to generate scroll-stopping visuals
Design creative specifically for orthodontic offers (braces, Invisalign, teeth whitening, family-focused care)
Collaborate with founders and marketing strategy to translate offers, hooks, and angles into visual ad concepts
Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance feedback and real ad results
Create AI UGC ads
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on knowledge of AI image and video generation workflows
Strong understanding of prompting, iteration, model tuning, and output control
Experience creating paid social ad creatives, ideally for Meta
Ability to think in terms of hooks, attention, and conversion—not just aesthetics
Deep understanding of photographic fundamentals (composition, lighting, depth of field, focal length, camera angles)
Self-directed, high-ownership, and reliable with deliverables
Preferred
Advanced photo editing and compositing skills
Experience using Figma for ad graphics, layout, and creative organization
Prior experience working with an e-commerce brand in any industry, especially performance-driven environments
Any prior experience in media buying
Familiarity with UGC-style ad formats and direct-response creative principles
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and how creative impacts performance
Experience working in fast-moving agencies or early-stage startups
Knowledge of short-form video trends and ad-native storytelling
