OVA.Work is seeking an experienced QA Manager / Senior QA Lead to drive quality assurance strategy across web, mobile, API, and AI-driven products. The role involves leading QA teams, defining testing processes, and leveraging automation and AI tools to improve product quality and release speed.

Responsibilities

Define and own the overall QA strategy for products and platforms

Lead and mentor manual and automation QA teams

Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for testability

Plan and execute manual, automation, API, performance, and regression testing

Integrate QA activities into Agile / SAFe delivery models

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams

Implement AI-based testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency

Ensure quality metrics, defect tracking, and test reporting

Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality improvements

Support UAT, production validation, and defect root cause analysis
