Responsibilities
Links the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members
Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members
Thoroughly documents work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts
Informs project teams of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement
Understand client business and back-office requirements, defining service scope and labor estimates for assignments
Estimate and manage work assignments within budget, providing support in business development
Research and recommend new technologies and trends
Assist clients with back-office compliance and manage client service engagements
Execute tasks related to client back-office services, advising, training, and assisting client staff
Perform emergency on-site or remote support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area
Works toward obtaining additional appropriate certifications
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Training, support or consulting advisory experience
Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise
Experience implementing Sage Intacct Accounting software or similar mid-market accounting software package
Experience in the CRE (Construction and Real Estate), NGE (Non-profit, Government, and Education), Healthcare, or Tribal Government and/or Gaming Industries
