The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to enhance financial practices.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough audits of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present these to management
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems
Provide recommendations for enhancing financial practices and controls
Assist in tax preparation and planning, leveraging knowledge in tax-related matters
Analyze financial data and produce financial statements and reports
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in accounting and auditing
Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Preferred
CPA certification or progress towards obtaining CPA certification is highly desirable
Experience in tax preparation and planning is preferred
