Responsibilities
Own end-to-end release quality for web, mobile, and API products
Define release entry/exit criteria and go/no-go decisions
Partner with Product Owners to ensure acceptance criteria are testable
Oversee manual, automation, API, and regression testing activities
Coordinate cross-team releases in Agile / SAFe environments
Analyze production defects and drive preventive actions
Establish quality dashboards and release metrics
Improve test efficiency using automation and AI-assisted tools
Support UAT, hotfix validation, and post-release reviews
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Software Testing / Quality Engineering
Strong experience in manual testing and test planning
Good understanding of automation testing concepts
Solid hands-on experience with API testing
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFe
Experience handling production releases and stakeholders
Excellent communication and risk assessment skills
Preferred
Experience with AI-based or data-driven products
Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
Healthcare, HRTech, or enterprise SaaS domain experience
CSPO / SAFe POPM / ISTQB certifications
