They are seeking a Marketing Multimedia Specialist who will be responsible for producing multi-format creative assets across digital, social, email, and print channels while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities
Plan, design, and produce digital and print creative assets, including campaign visuals, social media graphics, email marketing assets, product literature, advertisements, and promotional materials
Create campaign creatives and production-ready files to support fast-paced marketing and product launch timelines
Develop, maintain, and update reusable templates, layouts, and design systems to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Create and update product-related assets such as sell sheets, feature and benefit materials, comparison sheets, brochures, and other sales support collateral
Produce basic motion and graphic animations for short-form promotional content, including animated ads and simple social media reels
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine project goals, manage feedback, and deliver projects on time
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines
Support basic web content creation and updates, including working knowledge of HTML and CSS for digital assets, email layouts, and online marketing content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent training and professional experience
Demonstrated experience producing creative assets across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects; portfolio required
Experience creating and maintaining templates, layouts, and reusable design systems
Working knowledge of basic motion or graphic animation for short-form promotional content
Preferred
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and product launches in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in creating basic motion graphics, animations, and short-form promotional content
Strong skills in developing and maintaining templates, layouts, and reusable design assets
Experience creating product-related marketing materials such as sell sheets, feature and benefit documents, brochures, and comparison sheets
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Background in basic HTML/CSS, for web content preferred
