Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of generative AI technology, customer use cases, and responsible AI practices
Spend significant time with customers, homing in on successful patterns and trends to drive new product design and development
Use creative product thinking to synthesize successful solutions into scalable cloud services
Partner closely with engineers and scientists to build models, APIs, services, and complex systems at scale
Be an evangelist for the technology – showcasing successful applications with blogs and demos
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product management + OR equivalent experience
8+ years experience in a product management role, designing and shipping complex products for developers, ML professionals, or similar
5+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Experience in Responsible AI or Digital Safety
Experience with Generative AI
Deep understanding of NLU/NLP/NLG and language models
Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, Computational Linguistics or Ethical AI
