Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring daily trends across global markets, highlighting key fundamental and technical developments

Work with team to prepare timely market commentary and help to tie into RJIM sales initiatives

Learn about strategic and tactical asset allocation

Provide summaries of key earnings reports (assuming they start before Q2 earnings season kicks off) and conference calls

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Full-time student at an accredited college/university, graduating December 2026 or later, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources

Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD)

Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment

Knowledge of financial models and data visualization methods

Basic knowledge and familiarity with data mining and data visualization tools

Skill in Excel, Tableau, SQL, PowerPoint; familiarity with AI LLMs or Python a plus

Ability to respond to common data inquiries from internal teammates

Ability to assist in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions

Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple tasks and assignments in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
