Responsibilities

Support the RJFS Divisional Management teams to deliver value-added business consulting services to new and existing business owners
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis projects and prepare reports as needed
Assist in process improvement initiatives
Manage business unit pipeline data entry
Shadow consulting calls and assist in client follow ups
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Freshman or Sophomore standing (December 2027-May 2029 graduates) pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD)
High School (HS) (Required)
General Experience - 4 to 6 months

Preferred

Knowledge of high-level business/accounting principles
Basic understanding of financial services industry
Skill in communication
Skill in data analysis (Excel, SQL, etc.)
Skill in time management
Ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to work autonomously
