The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated attorney with 4–6 years of transactional experience, including significant exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This role involves leading corporate transactions and advising clients on governance and compliance matters.

Responsibilities
Lead and support sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business combinations
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents
Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
Manage deal processes from inception to closing, working closely with clients, partners, and other team members
Mentor and supervise junior associates as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Active license to practice law in Georgia (required)
4–6 years of transactional legal experience, with a strong emphasis on M&A
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality client service
Law school transcript must be submitted with resume
