Responsibilities
Source, qualify, and hire top-tier technical talent for our Engineering and Product teams
Regularly lead and attend networking and recruiting events
Act as a strategic talent partner to C-Level executives and founders
Track and report on hiring metrics
Manage multiple concurrent searches
Build job descriptions, interview rubrics, and process improvements
Use modern recruiting tools, including Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter
Represent GC AI as the face of the company in every candidate interaction
Qualification
Required
6+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience working in an early-stage high-growth tech company
Experience leading and attending recruiting and networking events
Proven track record of sourcing passive top-tier technical talent
Demonstrated ability to design and implement recruiting processes and strategies
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using data to optimize recruiting
Self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and focused on execution

Agency recruiting experience
Experience hiring AI Engineers
