Renasant Bank is seeking a Director of Equities for their Capital Management division. The role involves overseeing equity functions, developing investment strategies, and collaborating across business lines to identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the firm’s equity models and explore the creation of new models/strategies, as needed

Build out and formalize the equity management investment process for the Capital Management division

Composite management and performance reporting

Survey and track markets and economic developments, study potential return on investment, analyze financial reports and monitor investment risks

Participate in Investment Committee and strategy meetings as the leading voice on equity markets/strategy

Facilitate the firm’s views on the markets and investment strategy through presentations and publications

Collaborate and communicate across all lines of business to identify new economic and market opportunities

Ensure growth through assisting in new business development

Take a leading role in reviewing current systems and research providers and building out systems/research infrastructure going forward

Perform other related duties as assigned
