Responsibilities

Complete a 12-week training program based in Austin, TX with an expected start date of April 6, 2026. Travel throughout Texas is expected during the 12-week program as well

Upon completion of the training program you will work remotely (from your Texas-based home office) with frequent travel to customers in the Tyler/Northeast Texas area. It is expected that an employee in this position will reside in any location near their assigned territory. A company vehicle will be provided upon completion of the training program

During the training program you will learn the skills required to:

Conduct onsite audits by examining financial records and performing interviews to determine the final earned premium for the policyholder

Analyze financial reconciliations, policyholder payroll records, job classification codes, and contracts

Develop and maintain policyholder relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and promote policyholder retention

Communicate with policyholders to ensure their understanding and compliance

Identify and refer potential fraud
