Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other tort claims

Conduct client intake, investigation, and case evaluation

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents

Handle depositions, mediations, and negotiations with insurance carriers

Participate in court hearings and trial preparation

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other parties involved

Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all deadlines
