Responsibilities

Review financial statements, credit reports, and data to assess customer creditworthiness
Evaluate risk, recommend credit limits, and support smart credit decisions
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, AP, and Finance to keep accounts running smoothly
Communicate professionally with customers to resolve outstanding balances and set repayment plans
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies
Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualification

Degree in AccountingDegree in FinanceAnalytical skillsMicrosoft ExcelNegotiation skillsCommunication skillsOrganizedCollection lawsDetail-orientedTeam collaboration

Required

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Preferred

Knowledge of collection laws is a plus
