Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
Tracking studio budget
Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
Processing payroll
Oversee inventory
Work 5 Front Desk shifts
Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
Lead Teacher Trainings
Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
Qualification
Required
200-hour RYT certificate
Previous management experience
Ability to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
