Responsibilities
Identify and proactively reach out to high-potential financial advisors
Cultivate long-term relationships with prospective advisors and leverage industry networks, databases, and events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct thorough assessments of advisor practices, including client base, AUM, compliance history, and operational structure
Facilitate contract negotiations and coordinate with M&A Department Head and Executive Team
Partner with SEIA HR for onboarding and integration of new advisors, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfaction post-employment
Managing recruiting CRM, building processes and pipeline activities
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Three years' experience in financial advisor recruiting, preferably within the RIA or wealth management space
Strong understanding of advisor compensation models, and industry regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
